Manual Massage Therapy is offered by our Registered Massage Therapists.
We offer 60 minute and 90 minute massage sessions. Your therapist is happy to massage according to the pressure you're comfortable with, please feel free to let them know before and during your session.

Stimulating reflex points on your feet or hands that relate to specific organs and glands in the body with finger pressure promotes health in those organs and glands via the body’s energetic pathways.

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a gentle therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate.
We offer 60 minute sessions.

Detox Hydrotherapy plus Manual massage treatment brings benefits of steam bathing to your massage.
Using the Steam Cabinet, we maximize the effectiveness of steam bathing by including essential oils to the steam.
The direct exposure to moist heat facilitates profuse perspiration and is excellent for detoxification purposes. It increases muscle relaxation and range of motion, with many finding the massage following a steam allows for a more responsive therapy.
