We never know exactly what life is going to throw our way; through her experience, education and training, Erin works to be the bridge at Active Solutions between what happens in the treatment rooms (to help 'fix' and reset a body) to helping keep those changes through activities and practices focused on improving mobility and function, and fitness levels, using custom designed and prescribed programs.
